of your dream home, we get to work right away with our trusted Architectural team to start your design.
Throughout the design stage, you will work closely with a top Architect and our Head of Design to create the home of your dreams.
We assist with customizing or detailing a pre-designed plan to fit your design and build needs, while keeping budget and schedule top of mind. Our
team will be by your side throughout this vital stage for input, guidance and advice as you bring your dream home to life!
Now that your drawings for your dream home are completed, our team will sit down with you to finalize pricing, contract, scheduling, and a
final review of your drawings. Transparency is paramount to our company, so we take the time to answer all your questions. Upon commitment, our
team will get right to work on obtaining all required permits and engineer approvals for your project. Staying on schedule and delivering to
your expectations, begins!
Throughout the building process, we will stay in regular communication with you and provide progress updates at various milestones. Our clients always have direct contact with our team and receive weekly reports.
Our team has established a quality control program over the years that aligns with our high standard for quality to exceed our client’s
expectations. Clients have the peace of mind to know that we are on-site and a phone call away to answer any questions throughout the building
process. As part of our process, we invite a third-party surveyor to inspect your project at the halfway point and upon completion to offer an
